Business Expenses로 처리할때 관심을 가지고 봐야할 내용들입니다.

 

1) Create and distribute written policy to all employees.

2) If lump sum payment, peridically audit to ensure fully covering expenses.

3) Proper recourse for breakage or loss is employee discipline; no"you break it, you buy it."

4) Must pay for any required clothing that is not "generally usalbe in the eomployee's occupation."

5) Must pay for required equipment/tools (e.g., cell phone).

6) Late submission of expenses report does not impact employee's right to reimbursement: proper recouse is discipline.

7) Notify employees in advance of rates of reimbursement (e.g., mileage; meal reimbursement).
