현재 Hourly employee에 대한 OT 지급 및, working hours에 대하여 정확히 pay가 되고 있는지에 대한 자체 audit은 legal compliance에 도움이 될것 같아 올립니다.

 

1) Do not round up time punches

2) Do not permit any off-the-clock-pre-shift or post-shift work

3) If time spent changing or putting on protective gear/quipment, this should be wihile clocked in.

4) Pay for all work, enen if not pre-approved.

5) If time punches are edited, have employee verify edits.

6) Conduct random time card audits for compliance.
