- 이 보험은 아래에서 보시듯 회사의 employee benefit 을 적용할 때, 관리자의 잘못으로 error나 실수로 잘못 빠트려 해당 Enrollement 시기를 놓쳤을 경우, 또 잘못된 Advice로 인하여 손해를 본 employee가 회사를 상대로 청구할 경우에 발효되는 Liability 보험의 한 종류입니다.
