1. Download From I-9 here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf and review the new instructions carefully.

2. Educate all hiring managers who have responsibilities  for completing the Form I-9, or who are involved in the process.

3. Mark May 7, 2013 on your calendar as the last day you are able to use the previous Form I-9.
