  • As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving sales performance and the overall locations customer experience.

  • In addition, the Manager will be responsible for location staffing and performance management of sales associates.
  • Accountable for the overall locations customer experience
  • Responsible for coaching all associates in the location on all sales behaviors, promotions and operational processes
  • Performance manage associates including but not limited to providing performance improvement plans as needed
  • Create the locations overall sales culture in the location
  • Support for all continued learnings and ensure trainings are completed by all associates.
  • Provide individual goals to all associates
  • Responsible to attend all location weekly leadership performance meetings
  • Tracking all individual performance and providing recognition and coaching
  • Provide support for all customer workshops within the location
  • Accountable for the customer experience on Live Virtual Agent for all locations
  • Accountable for entry of B2B lead generation within the location
  • Responsible for the Sales Floor Leadership process
  • Work in conjunction with the Samsung team to create, schedule and post all employee schedules within the location
  • Responsible for inventory awareness in the location and partner with Corporate support team as needed
  • Accountable for all Launch and Holiday preparedness
  • Responsible to serve as the Sales Floor Lead or Manager on Duty while at the location each day
  • Support Level I repair processes in the location
  • Responsible for locations Cash Handling/Deposits including overages/shortages
  • Responsible for POS Overrides (discounts, returns, etc)
  • Accountable for Alarming/Disarming building; including responding to alarm calls off hours
  • Attend weekly retail DTC meetings and recap overall sales tasks
  • Responsible to ensure labor spend is within the issued Samsung provide labor budget
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 2-4 years of experience in large big box or specialty retailer
  • 1-2 years of experience leading a team of associates
  • 1-2 years of inventory or visual merchandising experience
  • Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Android Hardware
  • Work nights, weekend, and holidays
  • Video interview within 24 hours of screening
  • Retail and mall experience a plus
  • Bilingual (Chinese/Korean/Spanish) speaking a plus
  • Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Personally accountable for team members and all documents pertaining to team sales
  • Responsible to accurately track head count, office/kiosk revenue and changes
  • Effectively provide daily direction, sales training, and guidance while ensuring retention of superior Sales Representatives
  • Run all sales meetings; make daily schedule for teams
  • Successfully determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, develop, and manage new employees
  • Attend meetings and conference calls as required
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Administer and document all counseling's and terminations appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner while following established procedures
  • Effectively sell products and services in a retail store environment
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Advise customers by providing information on products and services
  • Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
  • Accurately document and report sales
  • Dress and act professionally at all times
  • Maintain proper headcount in market as determined by client
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on team rejection percentages and substantiated complaints
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environment
  • Demonstrate good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve
  • Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
