When should Form I-9 Be Used?

All employees hired after November 6, 1986, and working in the US must complete Form I-9.

 

실질적으로 Hire를 결정한 후에 가능합니다.

 

대부분 일하는 첫날 모든 서류들을 fill out 하에 HR Dept에 제출하지만, Candidate이 Offer를 받아들였다면, New Hire Document는 Offer 를 받아들인 시점에 fill out하게 할 수 있습니다.
