As the leader of diversity recruiting enablement, you will be responsible for developing, driving and executing on the inclusive programs for our recruiting organization. This role will focus on technical recruiting teams initially, but eventually work across recruiting. This role will have significant partnership with Compass' corporate Diversity and Inclusion team.

Through partnerships with our business and recruiting teams, you will work to remove challenges to building a more representative pipeline across roles at Compass. Qualified individuals will have proven experience in leadership, with both direct and matrixed teams. This role will influence recruiting groups through global strategies and scaling challenges. This person will be expected to work closely with a cross functional group of leaders on both the business and recruiting sides to drive world class recruiting inclusion practices and strategy. This role reports to the Vice President and Head of Global Product and Engineering Recruiting.

At Compass you will:
  • Operate as a strategic partner with recruiting leadership establishing a comprehensive, measurable industry recruiting strategy tied to overall company inclusive hiring goals.
  • Coach the team on best practices for partnering with stakeholders in identifying, engaging and advocating for historically underrepresented and marginalized candidates.
  • Drive and amplify diversity strategies and methodologies.
  • Build and evangelize tools and methods that enable recruiting teams to impact inclusive pipeline development.
  • Deliver pipeline performance scorecards, identify and implement successful diversity recruiting channels as well as annual planning and overall programs management.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the immediate and global recruiting team.
  • Drive accountability by proactively managing milestones and metrics.
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring productivity related to Compass business objectives.
  • Serve as a change agent leading the organization forward as opportunities for innovation develop.
  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies.
  • Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions.

What we're looking for:
  • 6+ years of recruiting and/or program management experience
  • 3+ years experience in people management or people mentorship experience
  • Experience delivering diversity, equity and inclusion strategies across a broad set of teams
  • Technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to solve complex problems and contribute to business efforts, projects, or programs
  • Experience presenting to and influencing decision-making business leaders
  • Change management and/or project management experience is preferred
