EEOC’s Definition of Sexual Harassment
•Unwelcome sexual advances
Unwelcome conduct (uninvited, uninitiated, or unwanted) of a sexual nature sexually oriented that would offend a reasonable person and is used as a basis for making employment decisions; or unreasonable interference with an individual’s work performance; or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
